Which platforms or operating systems are supported?
Our software works on any modern web browser across most devices. This software is also accessible on iOS and Android devices.
How do I get started with your software?
Getting started is easy! Simply sign up with one of our team, and you’ll be guided through a quick onboarding process to help you set things up. You can explore key features, access helpful tutorials, and start using the platform right away. If you need extra support, our help centre and customer success team are here to assist you every step of the way.
Do you offer a free trial or demo?
A member of our team will be able to assist with a demo, you will be able to book this via support@elevate-culture.com.

How do I create an account?
On initial set up an account will be created by one of the Elevate team members. When admin access has been created for one user, they will have the ability to set up accounts for other users within their organisation.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
You can reset using the ‘Forgot your password’ link on the log in screen.
Can I change my email address?
Yes, you can update your email address at any time! Simply go to your account settings, and you’ll find the option to change your email. After updating, we’ll send a confirmation to your new address to verify the change. If you run into any issues, feel free to contact our support team—we’re happy to help.

How can I raise a new feature suggestion?

Our product team regularly reviews all suggestions to help shape future updates and improvements. While we can’t guarantee every request will be implemented, your input plays a big role in how we evolve the product.
